How will I get my images? - Pixieset
Images will be sent with Pixieset (Online Gallery) for you to choose your favourite images to download.
Additional images can be purchased for R35 per digital image.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A Non-Refundable reservation fee of 30% is payable to ensure booking. Booking is secure when reservation fee is paid.
- Unfortunately, we do not take any pencil bookings.
- Copyright remains the property of Palm Productions unless noted.
- Palm Productions has the right to use any photograph for marketing, display, or entry into any photographic/ video competition.
- All music used in videos area Fully Licensed only if chosen from Registered License Site, any other preferred songs will not be copyright protected.
- The photographic/video material generated and/or furnished by Palm Productions will remain the property in all respects of Palm Productions until full and final settlement of all outstanding fees has been affected and palm productions will be the sole Copyright Owner of the video/photography content.
- No unedited/raw photos/footage will be released, only Edited video/photos will be delivered.
NB – Engagement Shoot (terms & conditions)
- All the above packages include a free engagement photo shoot of the couple if the shoot is done in Hennenman Free State (Palm Photography Location), only during weekdays.
- If you would like the shoot to be at your location Travelling costs of R7 per km roundtrip will be charged and R5000 for the engagement shoot.
- Please Note – that the engagement session cannot be changed for any another item or photo book, it is an extra in every package to get to know each other before the wedding and you get extra images free.
Travelling cost may change depending on wedding date over time. Updated quote will be done one month before the wedding date.
Note: The Engagement shoot is only Free if the engagement Shoot is done in and around Hennenman, Free State.
Travelling & Accommodation (terms)
- 500km Roundtrip Travelling is Included in all packages.
- Accommodation is included in packages; we book our own accommodation for one night if more is required it will need to quoted
- Traveling prices may be subject to change according to fuel price increases.
- Traveling cost after the 500km roundtrip will be charged at R7 per km.
- Traveling costs may change depending on the wedding date over time. The updated quote will be done one month before the wedding date.
